A half cup of orange juice, zucchini shredded and cooked with Wellness Meats bacon ends, eggs tossed in that, chives from my garden snipped into the mix, and a half ounce or so of goat gouda. (The gouda is almost gone, thank goodness!).

Improve and Preserve - Again, Paleo, Diabetes, & a good attitude
Improve what you can and preserve what you have. I've been thinking about that a lot the past few days. Part of the deep thought process is related to almost being 60 years old and having been ill, and also facing the continued saga of the 'betes. The good news is that I remain positive and not in a wallowing well of weird woe. That's not the least bit productive or positive.
