Whole30, Day 5 (1/6th of the way there!)

I had to have the pumpkin souffle again; it was go good yesterday. Today, I whipped up some coconut cream and added some peaches. It was a great topping and added a whole different element to the dish. Pumpkin is my new best friend.

Good lunch. Shredded lettuce bulks up everything, so I put a handful in my egg salad and then added an avocado. Apple rounded it out and you can't have apple without cinnamon!

I have heard that potatoes are going to be allowed on Whole30 with the next update. Knowing that, I had a small serving of shredded potatoes with my burger and asparagus. 

And there you have it, day 5.
