Whole30, Day 1 - who's fooling who?

I decided to go for the honest and accountable road and start the numbering over. I'm good with that.

A nice Easter breakfast of Va ham and eggs with a side of asparagus. All out of them for a while. It's gonna be zucchini for a few days! Black coffee and I'm ready to rock and roll. 

Pumpkin souffle with added shredded zucchini. It was amazingly good. I have half of it for later.
