I had the leftovers from yesterday's breakfast today. Yum. I'm easing into my W30 by cooking up some of the foods that I need to be rid of. Therefore, not a full day of posting yesterday!
Here's lunch, though - filet of fish shredded, 3 new potatoes (very small) shredded, about 1/2 cup of onion chopped (maybe less), 1 egg, salt and pepper, all squished together into patties after mixing by hand. I fried this in ghee; the whole recipe turned out 4 cakes. The recipe could be cut back a bit, maybe less potato or sweet potato.
