Whole Thanksgiving day 2

Lunch was a wonderful Waldorf salad with organic mayo, celery, pecans, raisins, chicken, and a half Honey Crisp apple. Pretty derned amazing. Breakfast wasn't even close to paleo, so I won't tell you it was left over organic ginger snaps and coffee. Nope, you don't need to know that. There's a lovely pot roast on the stove. Meal planning for the week is underway. Research into what to do with the celery root is up next!
