Healthy Hump Day

Let's do this thing.
Last night, I had some cauliflower and cod for dinner. I had a bunch of the cauliflower leftover that already had ghee incorporated, so I put that in a pan and warmed it up, chopping it with a spoon, and then added eggs to make a delicious scramble. Kind of a weird color, but it was so good!

Who ordered up a kickass paleo lunch?
I don't rate a meal a 5 very often, but this one is for sure. Bacon grease and haricots verts sauteed for a  while, then tossed the filet in the pan to cook it to rare. I had a few strawberries lefts and this was as good a time as any to use them up. Go me!
