Whole30, Day 4

No FBS, no weight.

This is what my normal breakfast looks like in progress, before the eggs. I cook the vegetable and pancetta slowly. When the veggie seems done (and today the zucchini was a touch overdone), I'll turn up the heat and finish off the pancetta.  
And here's how today's looked after I added the eggs. Sometimes I'll run the eggs through the Magic Bullet with another vegetable, but today, it was just eggs and S&P. It would have been a 5, but the zucchini wasn't perfect. It usually is! 

Next stop, 90 pounds lost. I got this!
