Day 5 of Whole7 post reintroduction of legumes

FBS 167 (had apples and cashew butter last night for snack). Weight has remained steady after an initial loss of 2 this week.
Pretty normal breakfast. I wasn't in the mood for mixing things up, so had leftover cauliflower/broc warmed up, a couple of almost fried eggs, and a little bacon. It was interestingly great. I guess there are days when one doesn't want blended flavors!
Another sort of normal looking meal - a cold plate with avocado, hard boiled egg, cucumber, salami, and turkey. I had a half apple with cinnamon with it. There is a touch of sugar in the salami. It doesn't seem to trigger anything for me, so I'm okay with it.
